So I'm in this club at school called BPA or Business Professionals of America.  My two contests were Web Design and Desktop Publishing.  As a n00b to web design, I can barely take credit.  Most of the site was completed by Garrett and Tim, my team members.  You can check out the site here.
I'm a little more knowledgeable than the average person when it comes to desktop publishing, but I didn't think I had a chance at the District competition.  It turns out I was wrong.  At District, I won first place for desktop publishing.  But this was only out of the schools in the area, and now I'm moving onto State.  So until March, i'll be preparing for another competition to prove my desktop publishing skills.  For my test I was required to make a logo and then use that logo on a t-shirt, in a calendar, and in an advertisement.  This was all to be designed for a "Go Green" club at a school.
